Today I talked over this news with several other guys and one of them covered a great deal of NVDA shares yesterday. The following is what he said and what he got.
--I've covered 12,000 shares. Do you guys think it is a good buy?
----More like "good bye"! ?
----Ever heard the phrase, dont catch a falling knife?
But, also, someone gave some other kinda interpretation of NVDA's slamming down. Why a huge volume only made a flattish curve, which meant some 'FUND' was covering any shares sold lower than a certain price, rather than a more sliding down curve.
----You dont think it is a little odd that everyone that wanted to selltoday did! Volume was huge, and then got lower as the day went.Investment banks, mutual funds, maybe hedge funds just sat at the sameprice all day buying. If so many people thought it could go lower, ifthe news was so bad why was it practically flat all day? Smart and hugemoney just sat there at one price all day buying the panic'd sellersshares and not creating a bounce so that they could get all theywanted. I see some upgrades on valuation on the weekend and probably atleast a 10% jump on monday
